Refund Policy

Last updated June 18, 2026 · Version 1.0

FreeholdIP is operated by RaptorLockIP™. Creating an identity charges a one-time fee and then records your identity permanently on the Raptoreum blockchain. Because a blockchain transaction cannot be reversed, edited, or deleted, our refund policy is shaped around that reality.

All sales are final once your identity is created. Once your identity has been recorded on the blockchain, the purchase is non-refundable.

If we are unable to create your identity, you are refunded in full. If your payment succeeds but we cannot complete creating your identity on the blockchain, we will refund your full payment.

1. What you are paying for

The fee (introductory price $5.00 USD; the price shown at checkout applies to your purchase) covers the creation of your self-owned identity, including the network fee we pay to record it on the Raptoreum blockchain on your behalf. The price may change over time, but the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay for that purchase.

3. How to request a refund

If you believe you were charged but your identity was not created, email legal@freeholdip.com within 30 days of your payment. Include the email address used at checkout and the approximate date and time, so we can locate your payment. We aim to respond within a few business days.

4. Duplicate or accidental charges

If you were charged more than once for the same identity, or charged in error, contact us at the address above and we will refund any duplicate or erroneous charge.
